Minced is a mobile app designed to help users collect and organize recipes gathered from family recipes, social media, and personal creations to build a digital cookbook. The color palette emphasizes warmth and comfort and is balanced with a clean interface. Inspired by handwritten recipes and home textures, minced gives a sense of familiarity and personalization. Together, these elements create a calm, flexible system that makes everyday cooking feel more accessible and meaningful.
Rounded and playful typography and simple iconography create an approachable tone, while modular recipe blocks and note-like elements reference handwritten recipe cards. These choices work together to make the experience feel organized, familiar, and easy to use.
